About us
GeekyBee is a focused, experienced technology team based in Hertfordshire (close to London), helping businesses across the UK to design, run, and evolve their digital systems.
We’ve been working in this space for the better part of a decade – long enough to have seen most things go wrong at least once, and to know how to prevent them happening again.
More recently, we’ve expanded our services to include governance and compliance, helping businesses put clearer structures, responsibilities, and safeguards in place as they grow and rely more on digital tools.
We’re not a large agency with layers of sales and account management. We’re a focused, hands-on team who do the work ourselves – so when you call, you speak to someone who knows your account, your setup, and what was discussed last time.
Running a business is demanding, and technology doesn’t always make it easier – in fact, it often adds complexity where it should be removing it.
That’s what matters to us at GeekyBee. We’re passionate about helping SMEs make better use of the technology they already rely on, turning it into something practical, reliable, and genuinely useful day-to-day.

Founder & CEO
Graham has spent over three decades working at the intersection of technology, systems, and real-world business needs. He founded GeekyBee to help businesses understand their technology, get the most out of it and grow through innovation.
Starting his career when the internet was still taking shape, he built his expertise from the ground up - developing a deep understanding of how technology behaves in practice, not just how it’s supposed to.
Over the years, he's worked across infrastructure, systems design, web development, automation, SEO and immersive technologies, supporting organisations from global corporations to growing SMEs.
Graham’s approach to innovation is balanced with realism to help clients navigate complexity without losing sight of outcomes. He is deeply involved in shaping how businesses adopt AI responsibly, and with the ever-increasing focus on data, compliance, and governance, he ensures these elements are built into systems from the outset.
At his core, Graham is a practical, experience-led problem solver focused on solutions that stand up in the real world.
Compliance Lead
Louise has spent the past decade navigating the space where data, governance, and real-world business operations meet. Her experience spans complex organisational structures and high-responsibility roles, giving her a grounded understanding of what compliance actually looks like in practice - not just on paper.
A CIPP/E-qualified compliance professional with a strong background in regulated environments, at GeekyBee, Louise leads on data protection, regulatory alignment, and policy frameworks - helping businesses move from uncertainty to confidence. Whether working with startups or established organisations, she focuses on creating frameworks that are robust, scalable, and genuinely useful day-to-day - her approach is pragmatic and structured: cutting through noise, identifying risk clearly, and building systems that support both compliance and growth.
Louise brings a rare combination of precision, clarity, and calm authority to GeekyBee’s growing compliance offering and is instrumental in shaping GeekyBee’s compliance-led services, ensuring that data protection, governance, and operational integrity are not treated as bolt-ons, but as core parts of how modern businesses should be built.
In a landscape where regulation is tightening and expectations are rising, Louise provides the steady hand that allows businesses to move forward with confidence.
What we do
At GeekyBee, we work across everything from web design and development to bespoke software, SaaS platforms, systems and API integrations, IT consulting, SEO, AI, data and compliance, content and web management, and immersive technologies like VR.
Not because we’ve built out a long list of services, but because between us, we’ve spent years doing the work.
We work with businesses that have no internal IT function and need someone they can trust completely. We also work with businesses that have an existing team and occasionally need experienced support to step in – and everything in between.
We’re here when you need us, and we stay out of the way when you don’t. The best measure of whether we’ve done our job properly isn’t whether you understood what we did – it’s whether you had to think about it at all!
How we think
Most businesses don’t know what they don’t know about technology – and more importantly, they don’t realise the impact of that. That’s not a criticism, it’s just the reality. We bring the options to the table, explain the trade-offs, and help you choose what actually fits your problem — not what suits us. Because to a hammer, everything looks like a nail. But not every problem needs more force.
