Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of geekybee.net and your relationship with GeekyBee Ltd ("GeekyBee", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
GeekyBee Ltd provides digital services including web development, hosting support, growth and SEO, automation, compliance advice, and software products. Our registered address is Anglo-Dal House, 5 Spring Villa Park, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 7EB, United Kingdom.
2. Website use
You may browse geekybee.net for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without permission, scrape content for republication, or use the site in a way that infringes third-party rights.
Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly agreed in a signed statement of work.
3. Services and proposals
Specific services are governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or order form that sets out scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Estimates and audits are provided in good faith based on information available at the time. We will flag material risks we discover, but complex projects may reveal additional work after discovery.
4. Fees and payment
Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days. Recurring services (hosting, care plans, subscriptions) renew according to the agreed billing cycle until cancelled in writing with the notice period stated in your agreement.
Product subscriptions (for example WebMOT, PriorityFlow, HiveCells, or SBABE) are subject to the pricing and terms shown at the point of purchase on the relevant product site.
5. Intellectual property
Unless your contract states otherwise, you own bespoke deliverables created specifically for you once paid in full. GeekyBee retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, templates, and products we operate across clients.
You grant us a limited licence to use your name, logo, and project description as a reference in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
6. Confidentiality and data
We treat client information as confidential. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
7. Warranties and liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except where required by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms (hosting providers, SaaS APIs, social networks, payment gateways).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any contract or use of this site is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its notice terms. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and any committed third-party costs.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
