What we build

Bespoke software for London businesses

GeekyBee Limited is Watford-based, working across North London. Watford is a short train ride from London Euston, so we meet in person for discovery and key milestones and work remotely in between. What bespoke software costs in London
Most London agencies price on day rates, and large ones add layers of project management on top. We scope first, then give a fixed quote. A small focused web app starts from £1,000. A larger first phase usually takes 4–8 weeks. A full platform is built in phases over 3–6 months, with working software delivered every fortnight so you can see progress and change course early.
A typical first phase covers the workflow you run today. That might be a client portal, a quoting or booking flow, or a back office that replaces a stack of spreadsheets. The specification is written in plain English before the build starts, and the quote matches that specification. Running costs stay separate: hosting, monitoring, and the changes you ask for after launch. If an off-the-shelf product already does the job once it is configured properly, we say so on the first call.
London meetings are straightforward. Discovery and the milestones that need a whiteboard happen in person, at your office or at ours in Watford. The rest of the build is remote, with a demo you can click through. The same senior people who scope the work write the code. A voice receptionist for clinics that use Cliniko. It answers the phone, books and changes appointments, and hands over to a person when the call needs one.
